The selected candidate will be responsible for internal operations and coordination with external parties for order fulfilment. The key qualities we look for in this role are energy, drive, and strong attention to details.

Provisioning and Order:
Ensure that supply of SIMs and Devices match the demand
Efficient execution of orders in compliance with company policy
Reconcile our inventory records and troubleshoot any discrepancies
Ensure fulfilment of complex requests from customers such as port in requests
Effectively manage orders to ensure there are no bottlenecks
Manage the buying and inward delivery of phones, SIM cards and accessories.
Work with warehousing to ensure delivery orders are received and in good shape.
Work with packaging and other such partner companies.
Work with our delivery and distribution partners to ensure pre-set processes and SOPs are adhered to.
Manage the execution of the entire delivery process, including warehousing, storage and shipment, to ensure on-schedule redelivery.
Perform audit checks and give recommendations for efficiency
Monitor for Escalation on a daily and weekly basis and act as the bridge between customer service and other stakeholders to resolve issues
Work with internal teams to resolve customer’s issue backend
Work closely with customer service team to provide level 2 support in resolving customer’s issues
Internal reporting and KPI management
Coordinate with other teams such as testing, customer service, marketing etc.
