Customer Happiness Ambassador (Social Media)

Daily Operations

  • Proactively engage with current users and would-be users through various Circles.Life social media channels: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Youtube
  • Represent the Circles.Life brand, increase positive brand sentiment and grow followers on our social media channels through real-time engagement and conversations
  • Maintain Circles.Life brand voice and guidelines through social channels
  • Provide an amazing, personalized experience to each customer by crafting meaningful, personalized replies with love and care injected into each message
  • Effectively diagnose and solve customer concerns and inquiries
  • Identify and escalate trends for sudden issues impacting users and operation
  • Analyze customer feedback while continuously looking for ways to improve customer experience
  • Assist customers in their general, billing, delivery, technical, and sometimes out of this world questions
  • With effective internal communication, provide resolution to all cases using tools such as user FAQs, CRM, and internal Knowledge Base

Escalations

Handle escalations from customers and redirect to the relevant department
