Circles.Life was set up by a team who is passionate about changing the regional mobile telco landscape to make things better for customers. We want to set an example of telco innovation for the region, from our home base in Singapore.
1. Be the "Voice Of The Company" - will handle outbound call requests from hotline (VM), and ad hoc call outs as needed
2. Ensure no VM backlogs daily and report to L2 or Manager daily on productivity
3. Handle escalations from level 1 and resolve customer's issues
4. Work with other department in resolving customer's delivery / order management / network / billing issues
5. Work closely with other team members to resolve any challenging issues encountered
6. Do adhoc duties / calls as and when required
7. Engage and giving power back to the customers

1. Ideally you will come from e-commerce, BPO, Telco industry
2. Atleast 1 - 2 years experience handling outbound calls
3. Have strong command in English
4. Able to work in office with no issues of travelling and working over weekends
5. Must be highly engaging over the phone and customer oriented
6. Preferably strong grasp and experience using ZD / has experience in call centre / BPO environment
7. Can work under pressure and multitask
8. Highly motivated and teamplayer
